The "Reinvention through writing" path is written as a long, interconnected journey, so it will serve you best to have completed The course prior to attending The retreat. Outside of that, however, all you'll need is time, space, and a journal. You’ll receive a retreat guide in advance with suggestions for creating a peaceful environment.
